I'm looking to see if this thing ever even procs if anyone knows. I stood in front of a number of mobs in level 122 Harrowing and never seemed to get a buff about induction moving or crit chance/damage. Is it a hidden buff that doesn't show on your bar?

Has anyone ever used this thing?
