Has anyone done this as a 3 man this year? Just wondering if it is laggy and if anything has been updated or changed. Thanks!!

In the Past, there where Bugs (Areas in that you do not get Damage).
They are fixed, as others told me, that played the Instance in the former years.
We did it last Week in T4 (for earrings - and get them), sometimes it has a lag if the new wave comes.
The Darklings are green at the first 5m, maybe that cause the lag, when they become active.
Other Lags are unfortunately very common.

Belegaer no lags or change noticed
I am farming this for months (T4) now and I do not see any change or special lag in there.
