    Fix the bloody tech support!!

    More than a day for a response? I've had two tix in for over a week and ZERO response. ###?

    Fix the tech support, then fix the bugs!!

    More than a day? LMAO Are you serious? Some people have been waiting MONTHS with no replies, no ticket updates, nada

    I think that would require them to actually care if we exist I am sorry I dought ticket support will get any better.
