    Brawler Bug List

    Bugs:

    Dextrous Setup text says +33% damage to your next skill, but the buff applied says 35%.

    The Dextrous Hook Training trait says it should increase the Dextrous Setup buff by 25%, but instead it buffs the damage of every Mettle-spender skill regardless of whether or not Dextrous Setup is active.

    Sinister Setup (which tiers up Innate Strength buffs 2 tiers instead of one) only works for Innate Strength:Precision, and not Innate Strength:Raw Power or Innate Strength:Clever Technique.

    The tooltip for Innate Strength:Raw Power says it tiers 5/10/15/30%, but the buff is currently 5/10/15/25%. (The values for the other two are ratings and right now they give negative ratings, but I assume that's known)

    Flex tooltip doesn't state the amount of Mettle restored (1 per second for 6 seconds).

    Fist of the Valar tooltip doesn't state that it removes all Mettle.

    The Aggressive Posture trait--1 point into the trait gives +5% damage, but it also grants the skill itself which has a base 10% damage. So 1 point currently grants the skill and increases the damage to 15%. The 2nd rank into the trait does nothing. There should either be 3 ranks: Grant Skill (10%)/15/20%, or 2 ranks and the skill should be changed to a base 15% (with the 1st rank of the trait just granting the skill) and the 2nd rank increases the damage to 20%.

    The passive "Gauntlet Bonus" proc from our gauntlet weapons gives a +1% melee critical chance. To our target. Probably meant it the other way around, either give us the crit chance or give our target -1%.


    Other feedback:

    Low Strike suggests that some skills may act differently on targets with the Vulnerability debuff, but it's unclear what that means--no skill tooltips mention it, at least in red line. If the Vulnerability debuff ends up only being the +1% incoming damage, that's a little underwhelming for a proc that there are 16 possible trait points spent on increasing its proc chance and duration.


    Pummel is a fun skill. But the DoT component is severely underpowered. It's a 5-second channeled skill in which you get only 3 ticks of damage, around 2000 damage a tick.
    Work like no one is watching, dance like you don't need the money...

    Pummel is currently doing absurdly low channeled DoT at 45, roughly ~20 fire damage per tick.

    The CC removal Slip Free it's not working (at least not for the rooting state)

    So i will be repeating a few things already posted in this thread, however i had written this all up expecting there to not be a thread, so im just copy/pasting my list.

    1) Latent light proc does 1 damage
    2) Innate strength finesse buff wrong values (t1 -2 finesse, t2 -6 finesse, t3 -10 finesse, t4 -19 finesse)
    3) Innate strength damage buff wrong values (t1 +5.55%, t2 +11.1%, t3 +16.65%, t4 +27.75%)
    4) Innate strength crit buff wrong values (t1 -2 crit, t2 -7 crit, t3 -12 crit, t4 -24 crit)
    5) stacking pummel buff doesnt work
    6) pummel channel does very poor damage. 1,893-2,103 fire damage tooltip
    7) sinister cross +2 Innate tiers doesnt appear to work with any of the innate strength buffs
    8) low strike vulenerable debuff only 1% (WAI?). there is also seemingly no interactions with other skills, as suggested in the tooltip.
    9) fist of the valar consumes all mettle (tooltip states cost as 3)
    10) Slip free seems to grey out and be unusable during any CC.
    11) Raw fury doesnt appear to increase set up attack damage
    12) set up buff duration tracery doesnt appear to do anything.


    This was from an hour or 2 messing around specialised in red. i havent had a chance to look at the tank line yet unfortunately. hopefully i can before BR closes



    My only other feedback at this time is that the class feels kind of clunky. almost like skills are going off in slow motion. im not sure if this is just an attack duration thing as they have no traits to increase it, only 1 skill with 50% uptime. Animations were pretty cool though

    The three Setup skill animations/icons seem shuffled.

    Low Strike - character throws a right cross
    Sinister Cross - character throws a left hook
    Dexterous Hook - character throws a body shot

    should be

    Low Strike - character throws a body shot
    Sinister Cross - character throws a right cross
    Dexterous Hook - character throws a left hook

    also

    DNT - Shake It Off clearly needs to be Liquid Cureage and feature us taking a sip from the stein.

    At level 51 the Pummel skill did not appear to do any damage at all until the very last tic. I watched the morale bar of several mobs while channeling this skill and it didn't budge throughout the duration of the channel. The tooltip says it should be doing a miniscule amount of damage but maybe the mob's in-combat morale gen works faster than the pummel tics because the net result is nothing. The final hit at the end of the channel does a small amount of damage but not enough to make that long channel worth it. Love the animation though!

    Still trying to understand the new LI system.
