Did a reinstall of Lotro. On Win 10. It works except for the launcher doing a processing C++ 2015-2019 every time. Spends 2-4 min's doing this then launches and runs fine.Installed all the DX versions and C++..still does it..anyone have a fix?

I did a clean install of Win 10 Pro. Latest version with all the updates,latest drivers and Lotro 64bit. Same issue, As a work around i checked keep launcher open in the launcher options. This works until I close the launcher or restart the computer.
Game ran fine for three years on this computer with most all options at at least high.Would run two accounts at the same time on occasion alt-tabing between them without a problem.

C++ processing everytime
Mine was ok until I installed FFXIV and then the issue you describe started happening. Not sure about a fix
