We do have some those scholar vases already as house decorations, bartered from Bingo quests trader (T2), Bilbo missions trader & the stand at Bilbo Birthday (T4). Will be neat if all those elegant scholar nodes (vases, chests & stands) that are represented through all tiers, receive a housing item copy. Some examples:

Other Scholar chests T6+ can be seeing here https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Resources#Artifacts . Maybe they could be new metadeeds or instance rewards for the old instances areas. That will motivate players to run those instances again. Will be even more fun if they had on use effect that drops crafting materials that match the tier, they could be: 2 regular scholar items & 1 critical success scholar item every 24 hours.

Would it be possible to get the stone planters from the revamped Last Homely House as a furniture decoration for our own homes? I would LOVE to recreate an indoor garden feel in my premium house. They would be great as a yard item as well, but I am dying to have them inside like in Rivendell.

There's no reason for the yard/furniture distinction to exist anymore. It's as silly as when we had thin/large/small furniture, which was removed for being pointless. We already have universal hooks, all furniture and yard hooks should just be changed to universal.

Also, for the breeland, and the goblin stairs/landings we can get, is it possible to get a new version of those ( or just replace these ) with a version that isn't so wide? I attempted several locations to try and use these and they were just too massive.
More 'thin' stairs of any variety would be great

While I definitely agree in the majority of these cases, there definitely are lots of yard items that can't even really fit in a house. I believe on one of the "A Stroll Through..." streams, or perhaps a Deco de Milleu interview, someone asked about turning more yard items into furniture items for indoors. I totally support that because I have a lot I'd love to use inside- but he mentioned he'd have to go through an entire list of items to be able to see which ones could be turned into furniture, which is obviously very time consuming on top of the other stuff he's doing. I even tried to make an excel sheet and do it myself but gave up...so maybe one day!

Some ideas:



- RUGS (especially those found in Gondor - of every possible color)

- Universal hooks (and more hooks)

- Since the number of hooks is apparently an issue, then you could create composite assets (ex: table laden with food platers like the Beorn one - but less rustic - or small tables with books on them, or flower vases, etc). In other words, assets that allow us to make our houses look decorated without spending a hook.

What I would love to have:

Yard Items
- Vineyard vines, similar to what you find in Ered Luin, Lothlorien, or Vales of Aduin - this could even come in different sizes
- A replica of the dragon fountain found in Dale

Firepit item that's more dwarfy for the Erebor housing

Dwarven bookshelves, similar to those seen in many dwarven homes one visits in Erebor and elsewhere.

Glad to see a few suggestions have been added. I'd like to request that we bring back some discontinued housing items like the dragon painting



and the pig in a blanket.



While I understand why you wouldn't want to bring back the Welcome Mat since it was a bonus for the lotro Gold Edition, it would be nice to see it make a comeback too.



I was surprised to see the Dragon Painting wasn't on the VIP servers with the other housing items like the three stone trolls from the same event. If neither of my other suggestions are possible I'd like to see that added to the VIP servers at least, thank you.

PS: any estimates when we get to some more unique/new types of items like many from this thread?
