There are definitely some things that feel unfinished or untested- but that's becoming so common now with Windows releases, update patches for software of every kind, that LotRO just seems like another one in the bunch rather than a stand-out problem. ...which is too bad.

Maybe. I would also mention that almost all the recent expansions (minus WotP quest pack) have been delayed. SSG/Turbine realized that the product wasnt quite polished enough and gave it a few more weeks. This year feels different. I would wager that the new Producer and upper management/investors are pressuring to put the product out and milk the fanbase. So much for under promise and over deliver.
