T14 Purple and Teal Enhancement Rune

When can players be able to barter level 131+ Purple and Teal Enhancement Runes with scripts from the Archivist in Rivendell?

Additionally, will there be more Archivist NPCs in other major hubs around Middle Earth? If Elrond wants to monopolize the new LI system, then please add a Mission stable inside the the Archive room for faster travel.

Why do you want teals? The current maximum is 465, which is attainable with 5 purples (From 460, after using yellow runes). And not only do we have content that provides both purples and teals without needing to barter, but if for some reason you can't get those you should be fine with traceries at 450-460. Or even 440, from using your appraised materials.

I don't own Gundabad so I actually have limited sources of 131 runes, but my 140 characters are more than capable of doing old instances scaled to 140, or lvl 140 missions with lvl 130 gear and unmaxxed LI's. There really isn't any need for all lvl 465 traceries unless you're actually doing the new 3 mans at high tiers, which would mean you own Gundabad and therefore have purple rune sources anyway.
