I was doing some testing and discovered that Benediction of the Raven with Catmint is getting over-written from -20% fire mit to -10% mit if I use Sic'em pets.
Shouldn't the higher debuff cancel any lower debuff, or stay the timer? Yet the opposite is happening.
The spirit pet maintains it's debuff with catmint applied and does not get over written from 10-5% .. So I'm a bit confused why my raven doesn't work the same way.
Bug or am I missing something?
