Oh! There is way too much things needed to do a raid. We could talk about knowledge of your class, stats, gear, consumables, & prior experience on that particular run, but The Most Important is to be willing to work as a team : be observant of what your fellows need & act accordingly. Without team work you can have everything else & still fail.

I haven't raided for some years now and so it would be nice to be able to view any raids that are formed. Enhance the instance panel to show any raids happening and allow a view capacity...

Would be funny to hear all the expletives when first learning a new raid... that would take me right back to the old days...

I just don't have time to grind out the gear to be ready nowadays.
