congrats on breaking MoW, it's not a 100% guaranteed crit anymore after the lament cast in the chain. As if the red cappy his dps isn't low enough already.

I truly question whether there's actual testing going on. But then again I cannot speak for what's going on in palantir.

I know that if you get avoided or partially avoided then MoW wont grant the crit but it also isnt consumed.
