collective misunderstanding? @DEVS, we need clarification about which Lootboxes are on the table

Okay, i want to get straight to the point, because the whole situation is really messy and heated up.
I fear, there is a collective misunderstanding/misinterpretation from the patchnotes. The main line, why community is enraged is because of this one from the Announcements:


The only gear in-game that will disenchant into Embers will come from Adventurer's (level cap) Lootboxes.


I think, there is a collective confusion about Adventurers Lootboxes and Steelbound Lootboxes (which would indeed be an obvious Pay2Win system). But AFAIK Adventurers Lootboxes are the ones that you can already barter for Embers. If I'm wrong, correct me, but if that's the case we need some clarification from devs rn which Lootboxes are actually meant. Because, at least for my knowledge, you actually CAN gain Embers from Steelbound Lootboxes rn, so that would have to be fixed, if you don't want to introduce obvious Pay2Win.

Edit: I wouldn't wait too long for clarification, since first YouTubers are doing Clickbait Videos about this.

The Adventurer's Steel-bound Lootbox covers Level 131 to Level 140 and would be the Lootbox that would give Items that can still Disenchant into Embers of Enchantment and the Direct Amount of Embers of Enchantment.

Coffers of Adventurer's (Name) however won't allow for Disenchantment of Items back into Embers of Enchantment and is what you select from a Vendor and is not a Lootbox but a "Pick your Item" Box.
