If the down time is 9:00 to 11:00, why did we just get a message on Landy to log out at 11:00?

Have the servers only just gone down then? I had a message at 12:30 BST that the servers would shut down in 30 mins and to log out. Have we still got 2 hours to go?

Knowing it's downtime today, I tried logging in over half an hour ago and then 15 minutes ago in case it ended earlier and all the worlds are still down for me.
EDIT: they're all up as of 11.16 ESTRoaming Gladden since 2013
