Just a question for the raiding guardians out there. I've recently started raiding on my guard again, and have managed to get my mitigations up to the tier 3 cap. At this stage should I start stacking vitality essences or should I try to get my mitigations above the cap to allow for the debuffs that raid mobs will put out?
What do the top tanks do?

If you are at the T3 cap with your mitigations: use vitality furthermore.
