      - All anthems grant a benefit to your entire fellowship or raid.
      - All Anthems are now 'Fast' skills.
      - Anthem Duration bonus from the 'Anthem Duration' trait halved (from 50s max to 25s).

      - Triumphant Spirit now has a base 2m 45s cooldown, formerly achieved by spending another trait point on it.

    • Trait: Word Spreads:
      - This trait has been merged with 'Strength of the Hammerhand'.
      - Rather than adding a Mastery buff, Rank 3 now increases single-target skill damage while the bubble is active. The potency of this damage buff is greatest for Song of the Hammerhand, weaker for Gift of the Hammerhand, and weakest for Legend of Helm Hammerhand, to reflect the increased number of allies affected.
      - When using Song of the Hammerhand, improved by 'Word Spreads' and with the Hiddenhoard armour set, you will now correctly receive the 10% damage bonus, rather than 5%.

      - 'Sharing a Story' causes Ballad criticals to reset all versions of Piercing Cry.
    • Tale of Tales:
      - The Tale of Tales trait no longer grants you a passive buff aura. When traited, Tale of Tales will cause your Anthems to tier up a 30s duration raid-wide buff, increasing potency and granting additional bonuses each time it tiers up.
    • The Tale of Tales effect will grant you bonus Fate, Resistance, Finesse, Critical Rating, and Vitality at the highest tier.
    • Still as Death duration reduced to 10s.
    • Tracery 'Still as Death Cooldown' now reduces the Still as Death cooldown by 48-66s (depending on rarity).

    • Reduced baseline inductions of all induction skills by 15%.

      - The 'Improved Upper Hand' debuff now shows correctly under your opponent's vitals.
    • Charge can now be used in combat, though the in-combat version only gives +50% move speed for 4s, and will not make you immune to CC.

    • 'Lethal kiss' now deals slightly more damage at the outset, and deals ~4x that damage after ten seconds if the effect is not removed; cooldown has been increased to 10s.
      - The Lethal Kiss latent damage effect can stack up to three times on a target at once, and is able to critically hit.
    • 'Grasping Webs' now has a 50% chance to break on damage.
    • 'Necrosis' now reduces the resistance rating of targets by 120k.
    • The trait 'Steelweave Webs' now increases the grace period of your roots to 3s.
    • 'Envenom' base damage increased; bonus 20% damage for every venom pip.
    • 'Shelob's Gift' reduced from a full heal to a ~1/3 heal.
      - Shelob's Gift heal potency reduced.
      - Shelob's Gift now gives 5 Venom and increases DoT damage for 15s.
      - Shelob's Gift cooldown increased to 30s.
      - Shelob's Gift DoT Damage buff increased from 20% to 50%.
    • 'Feast' now restores morale on a defeat event instead of power.
    • 'Poison Spray' can now be used against NPCs.
    • Hatchlings:
      - Base Hatchling Health increased by 15%.
      - Strong Brood now gives +75% Health, -10% power, 5% faster attacks, +25% melee damage, +25% Critical Damage, +25% Melee Critical Hit Points, +15% Evade Rate.
      - Scytode Brood now gives +25% health, +15% power, +10% faster attack speed, -25% melee damage, +35% ranged damage, +25% critical chance, +15% melee critical hit points, +10% Evade Rate.
      - Hatchlings will now accept the skins of their summoning spider in the Ettenmoors.
    • New skill: Cleansing Shadows:
      - Costs 3 Venom.
      - The weaver can consume up to 3 negative tactical, song, or cry effects.
      - The weaver is healed a small amount for each effect consumed.
    • 'Toxic Carapace' has been reworked slightly:
      - The effect from Toxic Carapace now tiers down over time; the starting tier depends on the number of Venom pips consumed.
      - Tier 5 effect is now -25% incoming damage, 80% reflected damage.
      - Incoming damage potency is reduced 5% per tier, and reflect potency is reduced 10% per tier.
      - Overall duration and cooldown increased slightly (25s maximum possible duration, 90s cooldown).
      - This effect is now a Corruption, meaning it can be tiered down or dispelled by the free peoples.
      - Toxic Carapace now tiers down correctly when each tier expires.
      - Toxic Carapace once again only reflects incoming 'attacks' rather than all 'damage.' This means Toxic Carapace will not reflect damage from DoTs which are already present on the Weaver.
    • Toxin now decreases your target's Incoming Healing by 20% for 10s.
    • Piercing Attack now gives 2 Venom.
    • Envenom, Virulent Poison, and Poison Spray damage values are now correctly increased by all relevant buff effects.
    • Catch Prey cooldown reduced to 5s.
    • Catch Prey will now tier up an Incoming Melee Damage debuff (1-5%) on your target, in addition to its original effects.

    Warg Stalker:
    • Flayer stance:
      - Flayer Bubble is now 7% of max health.
      - Improved Flayer Armour & Mit buffs rolled into regular flayer buff; Improved Flayer Trait now gives -10% incoming melee/ranged damage, +5% Beleriand Mitigation, and +20% Threat.
      - Ending or cancelling Pack Flayers' root will no longer dispel Flayer bubble.
    • 'Pack Hunters' (non-Shadow/non-Flayer version) now increases a target's incoming damage by 5% and reduces incoming healing by 30%.
    • 'Shadow Pack' now reduces incoming healing by 25%; 10% after leaving the debuff area.
      - The incoming healing debuff from Shadow Pack no longer stacks with itself.
    • 'Improved Rallying Howl' Damage buff lasts 25s, rather than 15s.
    • Baseline 'Stealth' no longer reduces movement speed, but base Stealth level has been decreased by 3.
    • The trait 'Improved Stealth' now increases stealthed movement speed 5%, Increases Stealth level by 7, and increases Critical Chance of attacks from stealth by 10%.
    • Reduced 'Bestial Claws' Damage slightly.
    • Increased 'Scratch and Snip' Damage slightly.
    • Added minor damage to the initial skill hits of 'Crippling Bite' and all versions of 'Savage Fangs.'
    • Shadow Fangs now places an effect that reduces the ability to parry by 68000 and increases induction timers by 25% (notes incorrectly specified 45%).
    • Snap! now reduces the target's damage by 10% for 30s (this is a multiplicative reduction).
    • Flea Bitten now applies an initial interrupt and then a pulsing interrupt on the target that lasts for 15 seconds pulsing every five seconds.
    • Howl of unnerving now has a 50% chance to apply a fear debuff, reducing mitigation by 20% on up to 4 targets.
    • Brutal Fangs(Flayer Stance) now reduces Block, Parry, and Evade by 25% and, when scoring a Brute bonus hit decreases armor by 25% for 45s.
    • Pounce/Sudden Pounce now applies a corruption to the warg increasing the damage of "Fang" by 150% for 24s.
    • Scratch and Snip now applies two buffs when used in Shadow stance: one gives 100% crit chance on the next attack you make with your jaws, and the second gives 100% crit chance on the next attack made with your claws.
    • In Flayer stance, Swipe now adds a corruption to the warg increasing the chance to land "Brute" effects by 50%.
    • Howl of the Unnerving base BPE debuff now only stacks 2 times on a player.
    • The three variants of 'Howl' are once again Immediate skills.
    • Tendon Shred is now correctly affected by the 'Slavering Fangs' corruption buff from Pounce.
    • Piercing Claws now correctly benefits from the 'Scratch' buff from Feral Scratch and Snip.

    General Monster Play Changes:
    • General Orc Change: Undying Rage cooldown is now 8m and requires the Orc to be under 50% health. On activation applies a Corruption effect that makes the Orc immune to death, increases damage, reduces incoming damage and on expiration deals 50% of the orc's max morale as damage. Additionally, using skills while under the effects of Undying Rage will heal the orc for 2% of their max morale. If the Corruption is removed before the effect expires the Orc does NOT suffer the damage and has the cooldown for Undying Rage reduced by 360s.
    • Dying Rage now correctly reduces morale by 50% upon expiration, rather than killing you outright.
    • Outpost changes: For each outpost that monsters players control they receive a 20% bonus to Glory/Infamy and commendation earns and 44900 finesse. For each outpost that free players control they receive a 20% bonus to Glory/Infamy. There are no other bonuses for controlling these locations.
    • Tower Changes: For each tower or camp locale that monster players and free players control they receive a 25% bonus to Glory/Infamy and commendation earns. There are no other bonuses applied for controlling these locations.
    • Tol Ascarnen: Controlling Tol Ascarnen grants the controlling faction a 50% bonus to Glory/Infamy and commendation earns. There are no other bonuses applied for controlling Tol Ascarnen.
    • Artifact changes: When monster player control their artifact they receive +5% to all defences, +5% to all damage, +50% increase to Glory/Infamy and commendations earns, Increased Finesse by 180000, and a 2% reduction in power costs. When free players control their artifact they receive +2% to all their defences, +50% increase to Glory/Infamy and commendations earn, and a 2% reduction in power costs.
    • We have updated the appearance for the new spider appearance available on the LotRO Store. The appearance is now the Gamnogal spider appearance.
    • The White Hand warg skin in the Ettenmoors was errantly changed. We have put the correct skin back on the trait.
    • Maps to Gramsfoot now all have a 60s cooldown. This is to alleviate the issue with the map being removed from the initial quest deed.
    • Tinctures of Audacity have been removed from the game as they were artificially inflating the cost of Audacity while active on Monster Players. If you use one and then attempt to train the audacity trait you are paying a cost 5 levels higher.

    Miscellaneous:
    • Blood Craban and Formal Corgi pets now appear in Collections panel.
    • Corrects a grammatical error in the German title: "Bane of the Nine". It is now "Fluch der Neun".
    • Added new cosmetic items for barter for the 2022 Fall Festival.
    • IAXP Runes no longer drop From Woe of the Willow T1 Chest.
    • When using Scholar Crafting magnifying glass and book props on Hobbit Males now appear correctly.
    • The quest "Intro: Strider's Charge" now gives a Robe as a light armor reward option.
    • Having discovered an error in the legendary item xp required by the legendary item rewards track across various levels, we have made adjustments to the curve. These changes will speed up progress through the legendary items rewards track for characters of most levels. For levels 45 - 60 and 95 - 120 the legendary item xp required to advance the track has been reduced. For levels 61 - 94 the legendary item xp required to advance the track has been greatly reduced. For levels 121 - 130 the legendary item xp required to advance the track has been slightly reduced. For now, at levels 131 - 140, the legendary item xp required to advance the track remains exactly the same, however we plan to make adjustments in future seasons, likely requiring slightly more legendary item experience to advance at levels 131 and higher.
    • Stout-axes now hold chickens correctly.
    • The heave emote will now display properly on a female Stout-axe Dwarf.
    • Landscape textures in Azanulbizar were fuzzy and now they are not.
    • The "Rambling Rover" title now displays properly in German.
    • Clicking on pips in the reward track will now zoom the display to the selected milestone.
    • The hotkey for the Reward Track can now be remapped.
    • The bestowal text in the Gloomingtarn quest 'Unsafe Passage' now displays properly in German.
    • The Mount of the Shadowed King now shows the correct acquisition information in the Collections Panel.
    • FRENCH: The tooltip of the Tol Falthui boat now lists the correct destination.
    • Fixed the Mithril Travel to Nalunitir during 'Chapter 13.5: The Watch on the Dead City'.

It be nice if quest items for the moors could stack to 500 for Creeps... and maybe add a quest item bag with 50 slots purchasable in the store for Freeps..

Will post feedback when tested but:

Still as Death duration reduced to 10s.
Tracery 'Still as Death Cooldown' now reduces the Still as Death cooldown by 48-66s (depending on rarity).
    Sick.

Update brings the monster player baseline stats to 480 equivalent.
What does this mean stat wise?

Charge can now be used in combat, though the in-combat version only gives +50% move speed for 4s, and will not make you immune to CC.
    Thank you!

'Pack Hunters' (non-Shadow/non-Flayer version) now increases a target's incoming damage by 5% and reduces incoming healing by 30%.
The change from 50% to 30% won't matter much in my opinion, as nobody will be playing this line in groups when perma VT is available (and is a superior debuff), and in solo play this debuff is extremely easy to shake off.

Increased 'Scratch and Snip' Damage slightly.
    Sick.

Shadow Fangs now places an effect that reduces the ability to parry by 68000 and increases induction timers by 45%.
I used to hate this, but with the new traceries, I'm not so sure.

Howl of unnerving now has a 50% chance to apply a fear debuff, reducing mitigation by 20% on up to 4 targets.
    Cool, will test.

Scratch and Snip now applies two buffs when used in Shadow stance: one gives 100% crit chance on the next attack you make with your jaws, and the second gives 100% crit chance on the next attack made with your claws.
Really cool idea, doubt it will have any meaningful impact on anything, though. Does this apply to Piercing claws? I hope so, if so it may not be too bad.

Tinctures of Audacity have been removed from the game as they were artificially inflating the cost of Audacity while active on Monster Players. If you use one and then attempt to train the audacity trait you are paying a cost 5 levels higher.
What's the plan for this item moving forward?

Would like to see the following:

    1. Please fix the login/Rez bug for non-VIPs. Getting sent to your milestone every log in and being unable to accept rezzes in the Moors is beyond annoying.

    2. Please reduce the gear gap between T4 and T1 gear. T1 gear should be as strong as T3 gear, otherwise you're going to completely destroy the motivation for new players/alts to enjoy the Moors, especially given the commendation grind that will persist despite the infamy/comms % changes. Be kind to new players- being unskilled AND completely naked gearwise is really too much.

    3. Consider future macro changes for QoL aside from class balance. Class balance is an endless war, however dealing with Maps for creeps (too many), Map adjustments (hot spots, EC/OC), dealing with store buff discrepancy, and reducing comm grind for either side lasts forever.

Thank you for being willing to take feedback, Orion!

      - Overall duration and cooldown increased slightly (25s maximum possible duration, 90s cooldown).
      - This effect is now a Corruption, meaning it can be tiered down or dispelled by the free peoples.
      - Known Issue: Toxic Carapace buff is not tiering down at the moment.

-Lethal kiss - If the change of making the end effect uncurable, this is solid, damage seems to be around 75-85k on expiration, which is nice compared to what creeps typically do but with a 274,000 - 305,000 dmg tool tip this seems a bit low? . Initial damage still seems very low at around 15k non-crit.
-Envenom - Not impressed, even with 3 ensnared and 5 venom pips this skill seems to crit for around 100k. With burning such a valuable venom generation skill at max venom to push as much damage this seems a bit underwhelming. Baseline damage increase is welcome, i expected a bit more however. Update: After a bit more testing, it doesn't seem the damage bonus from venom is applying to the skill?
-Toxic Carapace - Bug seems known? It only gives you 1 stack of the corruption no matter what venom you use it at. Additionally the -25%inc dmg doesn't seem to be applying, at least in the character sheet?
-Cleansing shadows - Very good heal, but also very situational. Will be nice vs. some classes and a wash vs. others. Would still like to see it usable at 2 venom as opposed to 3 but otherwise a very nice skill. But overall it seems to sit in a decentish place depending on the match up.
-Feast - Heal seems solid, as this is a defeat response i think it sits in a good place.
-Shelobs Gift - Heal still for ~500k, which is good, however its utility vs. feast is a bit in question. The heal doesn't really justify the trait slot anymore potentially, would be nice to see it in the 700k range on the low end due to the defeat response and trait slot requirements.
-Pet update - Ranged pet sits at around 482k health compared to 424k on live. This change does little to address the issues with the spider pet. Its baseline health needs to huge boost as well its mitigations. Didn't have a chance to test its damage.
-Necrosis - This is a huge nerf, even with the changes to creep finesse via relic/OPs. If 400k is too much i would suggest moving it into the 250,000 rating range. right now its about a 6% resist debuff if memory serves correctly.

Quitters never win and Quit whining and fight heal for the same amount. There should be a bigger difference between the two, QnW should be raised and QwF should be lowered Cleave needs a large boost, and Black speech needs one as well. We need an increase in Finesse as well.

Well... i ll comment here for the new classes/races combinations.

I only tested dwarf wardens and they need to fix warden's cry animation on the original dwarf race.

    More comments now.

I stood a little bit on the character's creation screen and i thought: What is the point of having bounds between class/races now? I mean ... i know that ssg will advertise Captain hobbits with the river-hobbits in the future its kinda obvious there but until then what is the point of the rest restriction? Since you broke the lore bounds between classes and races with the most obvious to be captain's oath breakers (what dwarves and elves have to do with oath breakers? and many more maybe) just open up every restriction because a new player who possible come from Amazon's series FOR SURE ( xD ) what will he/she think about the 1-2 restrictions left?

Can you SSG plzzzz explain to me the idea behind the restrictions you still left?

I have also suggested a better solution few months ago https://forums.lotro.com/forums/show...light=aleziana

    P.S Don't refer to Beornings.
REMOVE Rohan Kingstead Homestead from the open world map it ruins the immersion and a shame for the ART.

This has been the problem with previous iterations of the Moors, I was hoping SSG had learnt from the previous mistakes. By yo-yo-ing the moors wildly from one side being uber-dominant to the other side, and then back again - it PUTS players right off.

There are A LOT of freep-siders with mostly 400-440 gear. A very few with 467 gear and even fewer with 470+ on every piece. BY DEFINITION those players with full 470+ are dedicated raid players as solo landscape tops out at or around 460.

By making ALL CREEPS full gear 480 equivalent it swings things wildly too far in favour of the creeps. Like a crazy amount.

It also discourages any casual PvE players from making their first explore into the moors - they will be nuked due to level difference, nuked due to gear difference, nuked due to audacity... the list goes on. It's just a mega handicap.

I think this is perhaps the first time I've heard someone say that the changes will matter. Seems like every time the topic comes up, there are a bunch of people going on about how all these changes won't be enough to balance the scales. It is kind of refreshing to hear in some regards. I see a lot of changes with the advancement of virtues, legendary item advancement levels, and whatever is going to be available in the mini-expansion. I also foresee some major class changes - minstrels here to begin with. As Raninia would say, I'm seeing what happens when they "flip the table" before finding out how the pieces will land.

Well, with yellow you always go into another tree anyway, so now just take red or blue and go yellow as well. You only get more dps and HPS in return.

Personally think these changes are fine, while I would extend the range of the anthems and the Tale of Tales to 50/60m or something.
Also, think this system could also work for:
    * Blue beorning;
    * Red burglar;
    * Blue captain;
    * Blue champion;
    * Blue hunter;
    * Yellow guardian;
    * Red loremaster;
    * Red Runekeeper;
    * Blue Warden;

Take mobility away from hunter and I will stop playing the class. Mobility is given with the line, not a trait you choose.

All of those posts from Orion asking for feed back on beorning, captain, hunter, and guard just became infinitely more suspicious. The passive trait line on brawler was a bad implementation of a stop gap while class -continues- to be made. Snipping away support lines on other classes will just kill what makes this game unique when compared to other MMOs. Unless you're just dying to kill lotro off, you should take some time to reconsider. This looks lazy at best, malicious design at worst.

That’s a real quick no. Yellow Guard is one of the most fun solo classes in the game as is. It would also be a killer group DPS/debuff line if War-chant had no threat.

    Minstrel Changes:
    • Please direct your minstrel feedback here: https://forums.lotro.com/forums/show...42#post8154742
    • Minstrels can no longer specialize in the ‘Protector of Song’ trait line.
    • Because yellow-line can no longer be chosen as a specialization, yellow trait costs have been adjusted. In general, yellow traits only cost one point, while skill-granting traits cost two, and significant traits cost 3.
    • NOTE: In case you missed this above: Upon logging into Bullroarer with a copied character, you may have a saved trait tree specializing in yellow. For now, you will need to manually click ‘Re-specialize’ in order to interact with the new traits correctly.

CALL TO GREATNESS / SONG OF AID:
    • Call to Greatness:
      - Reworked Call to Greatness significantly. It now has a 7m cooldown, and resets one key class cooldown per trait tree for every fellowship or raid member within 25m.

      - Armour set bonuses which reduce Call to Greatness cooldown changed from -45s to -60s.

    • All anthems:
      - Base buff durations reduced to 30s.

    • Coda of Resonance buff reduced to 1% Incoming Healing (5% with Thunderous Codas).

    STANCE-BASED SKILLS:

      - Reflect potency is still very small, but is now based on incoming damage.

      - 'Sharing a Story' causes Ballad criticals to reset all versions of Piercing Cry.
    • Tale of Tales:

    • New Trait: Double-edged Blades:

    • Charge can now be used in combat, though the in-combat version only gives +50% move speed for 4s, and will not make you immune to CC.
    • Devastating Strike now has a 15s/8s cooldown and a threshold require of 33%/50 for the differing variants decreases the incoming healing on a target for 8s and increases the damage done by 150% and 250% for the normal and enhanced version respectively.

    [/QUOTE]

Really like the upcoming changes, even the Minstrel ones, as I play Minstrel a lot. Why does main trait cost 3 though and not 2? Makes no sense, make it 2 like brawler and it will be fine (unless I have misunderstood). And like others have mentioned creep 480 item stats is a bit much, 465 is enough imo. Looking forward to testing these.

You do realize that there's pvp armour for freepside... Specifically to counter the problem you mentioned... Right?
Tbh if they made it so that t1 pvp gear wasn't so awful and made it so that the new creep experience wasn't so awful it would be a lot more appealing for more casual players but it's clear that there are some people who simply won't ever vibe with the moors.
Creeps needed a bump in their base stats for a long time. This is getting closer to some balance. There's still a ways to go but this is ultimately a good step in the right direction, bringing some nice utility and extra mechanics to creep classes which also makes them more engaging as a pvp class.

Trust me. It's not as if creeps suddenly got the equivilant of ilvl 480 gear in stats. That's not how it works. Their baseline stats got a slight bump *in order to compete against* the new t4 gear that came out + the increased ilvl of LIs. The idea originally was to scale creeps up incrementally with the increase of power of freeps. We are just several updates behind and we're getting a little catchup now so that it may be on a slightly more even playing field. As it has been pretty steep in the freeps'favour for quite some time. This won't make a world of difference and it certainly won't make creeps OP. But it should help give creeps more to work with. More utility is great!

Love it, but Hobbit Champions should be given the 2H club passive, as well as Great Club LI. Both for the racial damage bonus and so I can pretend I'm Bullroarer Took.

Attempted to use the link on the other dev post that has the download link for Bullroarer, clicked on it and it loads a tab for like 0.5 seconds and then just closes instantly, not initiating a download. What should I do?

Overall Macro/Meta Feedback- will repeat what I said above:

    --- Feedback specifically from Beta:

Creeps need more options with inc damage/mitigation debuffs, specifically Reavers, Spiders, and Wargs. All this excitement, but aside from the inc heal debuff stacking, Creep damage increased only slightly over live (which is fine) and options to debuffs Freep damage stayed essentially the same (which is not fine).

Reconsider some of the immediate adjustments (Reaver/Warg). Disarm, Howl, Sprint, and Charge lose a huge chunk of their usefulness by not being immediate- it makes rotations clunkier and hurts their utility as well. Blood of Fire change makes sense- not the other ones.

Regarding the inc-heal debuff stacking... I think it's a cool idea, and the only significant change to Creep group play with all these changes, however you may need to adjust the numbers on a few things. Puddle stacking with itself with inc-heal debuff is probably too much (the mit stacking is fine, but the inc heal stacking may not be), and VT stacking with everything else is sort of cheesy (it's a brainless and easy inc heal debuff that now can stack with any other debuff). Preventing the Puddle inc heal debuff from stacking and nerfing VT to 25% inc heal debuff would be a good start, in my opinion IF Creep get other debuff options (as requested above).

Base stat buffs are cool, but nerf corruptions! Spoke about this with one of your devs already, but would be thrilled if traiting 4 Pmits didn't take me from 38% mits to 70% pmits- that's such a ridiculous variance considering Creeps cannot reasonably have balanced builds (it's not fun for either side, either you're overstacked or understacked). Freeps, even if they tried their darndest, cannot come even close to this level of variance with their essence gear.

    WARG FEEDBACK:

Ok, so a lot to unpack here. The TLDR is damage distribution is looking pretty solid compared to live, but is clunky in aspects. The immediate change sucks, and Shadow wargs probably still need more utility APART from interrupt spam.

Bestial Claws: Damage output looks fine now- weaker than live even after the overall stats/damage buff, overall percentage drops from (ballpark estimate) 45-50% of warg damage to 30-40%. Good stuff.

Scratch and Snip: Cool change with this- would be a lot cooler if the autocrit applied to Piercing claws. Damage output is reasonable given its new utility.

Swipe: Flayer change is nice, no complaints, but should consider buffing this skill's damage a little.

Rend: Would love this skill to receive some love, specifically my suggestion with the tiering 5% inc damage (5, to 10, to 15, and maybe even 20% on subsequent uses). If not, it certainly needs to do a little more damage.

    Maul/Piercing Claws/Tendon Shred/Crippling Bite/Throat Rip: Totally fine.

Frenzy: Would love this to be a mitigation buff for the Warg, although maybe that'd be broken with Flayer...

Shadow Fangs: THIS IS BUGGED, IT IS 25% NOT 45% LIKE IT SAYS IN NOTES... otherwise- damage component is fine, bleed is fine- at first I thought the induction debuff was too much, but after the new traceries, I think it's fine as long as we deal with...

Eye Gouge/Fleas: Same feedback I gave earlier- too many interrupts. Either completely useless or completely broken- either it's an inductionless class or gets cleansed OR it's completely busted. Do NOT touch Eye Gouge as an immdiate/CD, but if you can separate it from the interrupt component (internal CD) and rework Fleas into something else, that'd be great.

Rabid Bite/Fleas: Putting Fleas in here again, as I really don't know what to do with either of these skills. Some form of debuff tied to these would be nice, maybe keep Fleas AoE and removable, and make Rabid bite unremoveable but not power cost debuff related- not sure. Actually, what if we tied some sort of self sustain into Rabid bite when comboed with Crippling bite debuff? Sort of like a morale Tap from Warden that was increased in Shadow stance. Fleas could leave as 25% induction and attack duration.

Rallying Howl: Seems ok, don't really think increasing the duration was that big of a deal, but maybe it helps a little with group utility.

Pounce: Double damage and buffing Bite skills from stealth was... unexpected, but seems ok. There's a bug where Scratch and Snip buff only applies to the first hit of pounce which should be fixed.

Snap!: Very sad- I'm not sure what adjustments were made, but this skill is still not working- it is not multiplicative in the literal sense. I tested this multiple different times different ways, and it around 3-5% of a debuff, which is only slightly better than what it is on Live. In addition, this skill needs a damage component like the other debuff skills.

Howl of Unnerving: Also sad- the debuff was too strong but really did not last long enough (the 50% chance of application also really leaves a bad taste in your mouth). 5s duration on a 20% mit debuff that has a 50% chance of applying but, wait, just kidding, it goes through FEAR resist, which is always absurdly high on Freeps from Muster Courage (so gonna get resisted even in the off chance it does apply... for 5s, and assuming it doesn't get instantly cleared).

Pack Hunters/Puddle: Stanceless is cool, range just sucks (3.5m is impossible to keep up). Shadow is fine (didn't know we were keeping the mit debuff but hey), but puddle stacking with itself may be a wee bit broken for the inc heal debuff.

    ---

    Flayer:

I did not test Flayer extensively, but I did test a few things:

    1. Seems unbelievably tanky and still does good damage compared to Shadow (benefits a lot from the etc skills being boosted and Bestial Claws being nerfed did not affect it). The 5% Beleriand damage goes OVER cap which allows Flayer to reach 75% Beleriand mits

    2. Brutal Fangs armor debuff ends up being around 2% mits- should be upped to 5%.

    Stanceless:

Always been a bit of a meme, but I do have one thought here- the Pack Hunters change could be pretty cool IF you increased the range of it to 7m- otherwise it falls off at the slightest movement on the target and becomes entirely useless.
    --

    Overall:

Snap!/Fleas/Rabid Bite/Howl of Unnerving need looking at, some bugs to address with Scratch and Snip/Pounce/Shadow Fangs, Sprint/Howl immediates need to be reverted.
Flayer may need some adjustments with better debuffs/less tankines- 2% mit debuff and BPE debuffs isn't much.
Shadow needs a little more utility considering it took a big damage hit from live, perhaps buffing skills like Rend/Swipe in shadow would help as well.

    ETC observations:

Tact mit corruptions were not buffed during the update, but the Resist amount was, not saying this is bad or good, just reporting
BPE in the Pmit corruptions stayed the same, just reporting
For Warg, Foe of the Light and Armor boost were the only racials buffed, the rest stayed the same, just reporting.

cool changes so far for pvp can't wait to test them out.
1 thing to add though while you are adjusting wargs, please remove the "interrupt" part from eye rake. having an interrupt skill on a 3 seconds skill while have another skills that also apply induction debuffs is kinda stupid but oh well we have champion sprint as well so

    • Fixed some out of date & incorrect tooltips.

Defiler feedback, a lot of this will mirror one of my previous posts in the MP forums, but after seeing the changes on BR, i've added some additional in.

Herb-tender: Seems in a good spot on for it's intended purpose, the boons, heals, and RNG corruption it applies are all nice for various reasons. The boon induction time seems a bit long, but this really depends on the pace of combat over all.

Curse-shouter: Overall its nice defilers finally got a DPS stance. The DPS in it seems a slightly on the low side, and i don't think the defiler will do enough damage to overcome any freep classes' self healing. A small bump here would be helpful.

Curses/gourds (curse-shouter): The fact gourd skills have inductions (0.5s) is a huge hinderance and overall makes the class feel awful to play. Make both curses and gourds usable on the move with no induction. The skills themselves are nice however with the little bit of messing around i did.

Also the power to drop curse-shouter stance and throw your full heals/hots (as stanceless) is very powerful and will make the defiler almost unkillable (granted they won't be killing much either). Adjust the damage in curse-shouter upwards and add a tail debuff (-50% healing) somewhere between 8-15s to exiting curse-shouter like minstrel warspeech used to have.

Make the Curse of the Sticky Feet worth something, at least in curse-shouter. Perhaps the stance modifies the skill (along with the trait) to be a 30-40% slow total.

Plague flies: For an AoE 25% ranged miss chance, and a 10% general miss chance the evade on the flies is actually insane, it will definitely keep them alive and make them useful in group/raid fights, but it seems a bit too high for melee/ranged (the ones its hindering) to get rid of. They're swarm level mobs so i'm assuming mits are low, but in 1v1 testing they've expired before champs have been able to kill them. Raid situation rks/lms/minis should be able to dispatch them relatively easy.
