Very simple quality of life request...

Can we please make the yellow line Rulgurite Runestone castable while moving?

Its a simple, and little request.. but yellow is all shoot and skoot... with a 3 point attunement builder its a great run into the mob skill opener... but you cannot be moving... furthermore... the lotro client ?or lag? causes you to stop moving and wait a second or two for the skill to be castable...

Would be appreciated if this skill casts on the move in alignment with the rest of the yellow line skills.
