I've looked and I can't find anything speaking to the couple hundred I had in my shared and individual vaults. Is there a value, can I sell them, disenchant, what good are they now?

If they are currently equipped in your legendary window, then appraise each and every one of them for currency in making new legendary equipment. If they are not slotted in the window, then you can either equip the legendary weapons as cosmetics or toss them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHbLggQ79Ls&t=10m10s

FYI: To use the unslotted LIs as Cosmetic weapons they will need to go into the Shared wardrobe.
