At Figments of Splendor Cap, but unable to barter?

I was trying to disenchant some stuff and was told I had no more room. When I attempt to barter with said Figments of Splendor, they are greyed out and unavailable? Any help is appreciated...

Select the item you want to barter for, then hover over the barter button. It should have a popup telling you what the requirements are that you are missing.
