Lost Account/cosmetics

Hello! I think the last I played was helms deep. I put in a ticket to see if my characters can be recovered. I know I was on Vilya. My question is, are all the cosmetics I purchased and stuff still there or are they all lost too?

Transfers off closed servers are not currently working and there's no ETA on them coming back. You should still get any items that are given to all characters on your account, like expansion pre-order cosmetics, but anything you got on specific characters is 99% gone forever I'm afraid.

@Vilan ok thank you! Much appreciated! I don't mind starting over since it's been so long. I just figured I'd try to get it recovered since I completed so much.
