VIP should have additional rewards per level. This is how most games handle the reward/battle pass.
I think it would be a very nice VIP perk update.

I think this was originally planned but than Raninia leaved SSG. And it sounded like the LI reward track was a Raninia project/idea to modernize Lotro. And now the further development of the system stopped. But maybe I am wrong.
