Gathering groups for low level dungeons?

Hello Evernight.

From the looks of it, this seems like the most active EU server.
How easy it is to gather a group for running a dungeon on the leveling
journey, as a tank on this server?

I haven't played LotrO yet, but I'm trying it out tomorrow evening.
It looks as though dungeons are available from level 20 and all the way to max level,
but can i be sure to run a dungeon each evening i play, or are there sometime just not enough
activity to do so?

I suggest you join a slow-levelling kinship like Carefree or Slowtro. Some kinships have their own "on-level" groups also. Another option is to start a new kinship which uses the stone of tortoise. Random on lvl runs is of course possible, but in my experience it's easier through a kinship.
