Is there any way to get the Cloak of Westfold?
I bought the Isenguard expansion when it FIRST came out.
Then when my wife started playing LOTRO I had her start a character on my account, and I created a NEW account. so She gets them but I don't!

No, it was a pre-purchase bonus.
There is however a hooded version in the LOTRO Store if you want.

Yeah, I've seen the hooded one... i much prefer NO hood.
