when a item says bind on acquire it is only for that char and can not be mailed to anyone else

Make Radarrig in Sagroth spawn in with corruptions immediately so players can stop cheesing the instance by kiting the boss. Giving players an option to avoid all mechanics is not good for the instance. Force players to use mechanics.
