Let's compare notes on how to quickly launch buff gambits in combat.

To buff quickly: 23, 2 32, 2 13 22
This gets the big parry buff from impressive flourish, big evade buff from maddening strike, and the big block buff from shield mastery.

To get all buffs up (I have Mastery Cooldown tracery and Strong Foundation trait):
23 2 32, 2 3 23, 21 32, 2 13, 2 31, 2 32, 23, (2 3 12)

I tend to reserve Shield Tactics until I need stun immunity.

I'm pretty sure this can be improved further.
