Captain heralds now have a two minute cooldown before being able to re-summon? Why? What was the purpose of this? Were they too OP or something? Totally not understanding the reasoning behind such.

I suspect that this was to combat instance farming, particularly Sword-halls of Dol Guldur t2.

Because devs don't want to see ycap spam hearald to use his healing skills

Lovely, so the red and blue captains have to suffer for that, gee thanks. Guess I should've known by what they did to the LM healing pet. How about nerfing the skill rather than the herald/pet, surely something along those lines or something more workable.

Even more bad - captain have melee pets, and if you tank boss with aoe, he can quickly kill all your heralds and you have nothing to summon
