What on EARTH has happened to our cooked (crafted) regen food?!?

I tried to find another thread on this but failed to do so. Sorry if this is a repeat.

If this is "as intended", I certainly missed any mention of it and would appreciate a direction to where this info was posted.

My freshwater fish plates, formerly:

Is this correct or not, and WHY the change, if this was intended? There is absolutely NO use now for the cooked food!

They changed regen rates in U35 to be quoted per second instead of per minute, this is (mostly) what you're seeing now.
