Re: Brandywine - In-game Help for New Players

    Good day to you.

I am new to LoTRo and just started my first character here on Brandywine. I decided with this new expansion it would be a great time to jump into the game. The installation, registration and DLing of patches etc. went very smoothly and I am enjoying the introduction quests alot.

I chose to roll a Hobbit (Fallohide) Warden and am loving the race.

I am still getting used to the forums and game but am having some troubles with the quest where I have to retrieve a satchel from the blackworts (I think that's the name). I am level 6 and want to not miss a quest since this is probably going to be my main character. Is that quest meant to be done solo...seems like they keep re spawning and ganking me.

Anyways, if anyone would be so kind as to help out a little hobbit I would appreciate it.

    In Game Nickname: Liden

Ps. sorry if this was posted in the wrong forum/thread.

Re: Brandywine - In-game Help for New Players

I think this list is a lovely idea. I just started the game and I know if I have a question that I can not find the answer to anywhere I will definitly look the people on the list up. I have to say so far in the game I have found a lot of very friendly players. I think its great to have a group of people who are willing to answer questions and give advice. Thank you!

Re: Brandywine - In-game Help for New Players

I'm already on the list, but I figure an updating of my toons would be helpful in order to get hold of me. Along with Lothair and Thirran there are...

Lothwin - Minstrel, Arrihn - RK (currently leveling), Narriht - Guardian, Raithwyn - Hunter and Riahtol - Captain

Feel free to shoot me any questions!

Re: Brandywine - In-game Help for New Players

I've been playing since closed beta and I'm more than happy to help. However, please note that I play all my characters evenly, so it's hard to say which one you'll find me on. At the time of this post, all six characters were level 66 or greater.

Dorlin - Dwarf hunter - Explorer
Pethurin - Elf lore Master - Historian
Falsto - Hobbit burglar - Tinker
Astryd - Woman guardian - Armourer
Canlaer - Elf minstrel - Woodsman
    Audar - Man captain
