Hi , is anyone still using huge bag ? I still think it's far superior than Turbines attempts at inventory management . Before U13 when huge bag was active your normal bags were not visible but now I have the huge bag and my normal six ones there , it's driving me nuts ! , any ideas ?
This is a change that is affecting all inventory plugins. It appears to be a bug introduced when the built-in bag UI elements were altered to allow for resizing, etc. with Update 13. Apparently the Lua function that allows disabling built-in elements no longer references the correct UI elements for the inventory bags. Hopefully Turbine will fix this in a future update. There is a workaround however which has to be implemented by the plugin author (AltInventory 3.04 already implements this workaround)
Also, one "half-workaround" is to use the toolbar buttons to open your bags instead of the I key. The problem exists with the I key only and the toolbar buttons will properly open the plugin and not the built-in bags. Not sure if that is helpful at all for you but just wanted to let you know in the interim until the fix is patched out.
A workaround is to change the options in Key Mapping so that the "I" key is no longer assigned to Inventory. Then map the "I" key to Bag 1 instead. For some reason this will not open up Turbine's version of bag 1 but will instead open up the Hugebag window. It's working for me.
I'd totally forgotten this thread and had resigned myself to using the new system , thanks for the replies .
It is worth noting that this bug is listed in the preliminary bug fixes from Bullroarer so it is probable that this will be fixed with the release of U15 (my plugins use my workaround so it doesn't affect them and I had bigger issues to test while Bullroarer was live so I didn't get a chance to verify whether this was actually fixed).
I'm wondering if anyone has encountered any issues with this plugin since the release of the new patch. I've had huge bag working perfectly with the workaround for a few months now, and all of a sudden it seems that despite remapping the keys, I just can't get bag 1 to stay hidden. Maybe someone has had a similar experience and knows a way around this?

I am experiencing the same, and have yet to find a workaround. I am looking at the HugeBag code though, maybe I can come up with something.

Here's hoping someone can come up with something. I've been playing through it for the time being, but I'm still constantly checking the forums for updates or workarounds to remedy the issue. Thanks for whatever work you do end up putting into it.
- use default inventory interface to put all inventory slots into Bag 1
- assign the key you want to use for inventory to "Bag 2"
- press the "Bag 2" button and rejoice - HugeBag will open, but default will not
Still looking into why the intended bugfix by Turbine does not work with HugeBag out of the box.

Confirmed, this workaround fixes the issue. Thank you very much for the tip!
