I have seen it before and there is no need to push it in front of me.
Regardless of the quote, the exact meaning of the quote, the definition of 'big battles' and the general anticipation for HD-info, the '20 Qs' feature should have a different purpose and should not be used for advertising, hinting on, teasing about and vague-ing on future releases. I don't find this an appropriate use of that feature, the goal of which is to go 'mechanistic' on the game and not 'trailer-istic'.
The question isn't just will it come it on time, but will it be playable? Will large portions of content advertised to be Launch items slip to a later update?; We were still receiving items purchased with our Rohan Expansion this Spring.
We don't really have the expansion we purchased until all of its content is delivered.
Again, patterns say no. Parts of the epic books as well as raids have typically been released later than the original expansion content to which they belonged. Frequently with those updates there were bugs that needed fixes and raids, instances always turn up last:
Mines of Moria – announced March 2008 for “early Fall release,” pre-orders did not take place until October, launch was in November 2008. Beta was started in September. Book 7 was not released until March, 2009. Book 8 with 12 man raid did not get released until June, 2009.
Siege of Mirkwood – announced on September 4th 2009 it would go live December 1, 2009, pre-orders and beta was in October 2009. Book 1 of Vol III was not released until March, 2010. Book 2 was not released until September, 2010. Book 3 and 12 man raid did not get released until in March, 2011
Rise of Isengard – announced November 2010 to would go live in “the fall 2011.” In June they announced pre-orders and release date of September 27th, 2011. Beta was started in July. 12 man Othranc raid did not get released until December, 2011.
Riders of Rohan – announced in June 2012 for September 2012 release. Pre-orders began in June and beta began in July. Release delayed due to problems and launched October 15, 2012. 12 man Flight and BfE released in February 2013. Flight as we know also got pulled and then re-released due to problems.
So whatever they are "planning" to release whether it's fall this year or not, I highly doubt we will see any instance cluster until next year. But it would be nice to be wrong.... Here's to hoping it all works well and doesn't have so many issues as those we've seen in other releases.

'Hate' is way overboard, considering how fairly emotionally indifferent I am to the game, slowly moving towards completely indifferent.
Yes, I see it is about HD and no, I don't think this should be the purpose of the feature, therefore I find it 'misused' in this case (quite the opposite to the previous cases).
P.S. I do agree that information-wise it sounds interesting, though (reading it now).

The purpose of 20 questions is to ask 20 questions. That is fact.
The questions can be on anything relating to the game. That is fact.
So far, I think they've done a good job on what questions they've answered and the answers given.
