Kelsen: What did High Ranks do to you?

No clue, but at first, with the trait, full damage corruptions and in SH it was a very powerful Power DoT. Drained a total of about 5k-6k power =/.

I realize how powerful it was with the trait before, but it's still quite a leap in my mind from ensuring the skill is not OP to reducing it far below it's original effectiveness.

Edit: 5-6K as heavily mitigated common damage?
