Always has been, and TBH, it wouldn't be my first choice. WoF would be #1, if I had a choice.

Usually is. It was before RoI too, although I think it changed before U6.

I dig it.

Sure it won't do any damage at all and will cost a bucket-load of power but there's no faster way (disregarding consumables) to take me from 3->6. In fact, in an AoE situation I might very well go something like: FR-iEoF-FR-MF-TAB-MF-TAB-MF-[select 1st mob again]-Essence-SR-WoC-FR-... just to get threat reduction on the "side trash".
YES!!! MF is GREAT for attunement! In fact, it's EVEN BETTER if you want stay DPS attuned, but quickly get T3 WoH on yourself! You can actually use MF 5 times (to get the MoC buff) before the cooldown on WoH is done! I found that last night, while kiting, you can spam MF on something, get the MoC buff, WoH, spam MF again, WoH T2, spam MF again, WoH T3 in just a few seconds!! Add that to a prelude, and it becomes a VERY good way to stave off death.

Always T2. T1 does go by too fast to be useful for parsing, and stuff kills me on T3.
