I just transferred my Riddermark accounts to Crickhollow, and it literally took about 20 seconds to get my emails! (emails pleural since I had to move one kin leader/house owner first along with shared stuff, then the other characters individually, with one being sent on its own to Landroval to join others there) wow that was fast!!
Clearly I chose a very quiet time without much competition.

I did note that each time I moved someone, the option to move shared stuff was still present as a choice/ likely due to that 2 week delay discussed in the past... so I clicked it as well just in case there were some sort of left-overs in the system

A very clean and easy transfer today. All items accounted for. And as mentioned previously, I had to reassign the successor.
