I splurged 3 years of accumulated LOTO/TUrbo Points on Rohan and High ELf - My High ELf keeps gettin he message "You must4 be a current or Past subsriber to travel to thii destination for any of h fast travel options. I got ll those LOTRO points from paying like crazy - I have ben a subscriber/VIP on two occcasions- once for over a year.
