I got ll those LOTRO points from paying like crazy - I have ben a subscriber/VIP on two occcasions- once for over a year.

You can travel to any of those destination with any character that used them when you were VIP.

You didnt have your High Elf then, so first the routes have to be discovered by the H.E., and then they have to be used while you are a VIP.

I made that mistake, I have a new alt created AFTER my VIP status lapsed, so he cannot use Swift Travel on routes he discovers.

Fast travel is one of the Perks of VIP status; if it didnt have perks, no one would pay for it.
