You just don't have your stuff back yet. We'll make sure everyone impacted gets their stuff, and we are currently working through the best way to get it to you. It's good to hear that this has attention and is being worked on. Unfortunately my wife and I will still have to continue boycotting the lotro store until our promised items have been restored. The disappointment of not having our extra bag space and boosts has killed the joy of the celebration for us, as my wife continues to refuse to even log on. I sincerely hope this is made right.
