Can anyone explain about the crafting system?
1)Are there new Tier 6 tools?
2)What are the new crit items? (ie beryl shards)
3)What are the new 100% crafting Kin receipes?
4)How do you craft a Legendary Weapon?
5)What lvl does Tier 6 Mastery start? (ie 55, 56)
1-Yes
No they dont get more the 20% crit, something else exciting was done to tier 6 tools.
2-Mithril Flakes
3-They are recipes that give you a crit item. No failure, nothing, crit item everytime. they have substantual cooldowns though.
4-through crafting guild rep..you earn the recipes from rep guilds, then mats.
5-50

They're equal in most respects now. Creep morale was WAY down, then went back up, then up a bit more. But it's roughly equivalent to a level 60 Freep now, I think. Unfortunately, Freep DPS is exponentially higher, but that's being looked at as well from the Creep perspective.
Well, my wife is hitting occasional 3000-4000 on devastating crits of both Heartseeker and Merciful Shot, so that's entirely possible at this point.2 - How many hunters were able to 2-3 shot Creeps?
Rune-keeper and Warden are both very powerful at what they do, but I don't think either one is overpowered in the grand scheme of things. I've played both.3 - How many feel the Rune-Keeper is laughably overpowered?
Because we were already at 60% BEP for tanks at level 50. If gear and stats continued to improve, pretty soon some classes would very rarely get hit. So they could either make mobs hit harder so that you could still get killed by the rare hit, or they could tone our defenses down a bit. I'm more comfortable with the latter.4 - Why the nerf, I mean this is what was initially intended we only waited a year+, to BPE?
You're doing it wrong. I know Burglars who have no problem with their abilities in Moria.4A - Is there any discussion on what you suggest those classes that needed BPE for survivability and opening up melee skills do? Or do we just become fodder and throw FMs every 5-minutes? Cause well, I can't evade much and with my tragically lowered HP, I won't last long and since I can't DPS out of a paper bag now, I'm not sure what I shall do. Could call the peddler and sell the white loot I burgle o.O?
Champ, Champ, Mins, Hunt, RK, Capt.6 - Core grp makeup? Guard/LM/Minstrel/Burg/Champ/Hunter still or?
Lots of them. And lots of fun. Lots of ways to do them, so they can be simple or insanely difficult depending on your choices. Loot drops aren't outstanding in terms of traditional loot. You get one barter piece from each boss chest that's traded for a piece of several armour sets (the best comes from doing the "hard mode" of the instance). You also get LOTS of legendary item loot (item XP tokens, item legacy tokens, etc).7 - Instances. How are they? Difficulty? Loot drops?
New crafting tier with lots of new recipes at 51, 54, 56, and 58. Lots of stat variety. DPS caps at 44.8 for level 58 one-shot 1H weapons.8 - Any new maces?
The same. But different. Tier 6 is 600-1200 crafting points worth of mind crushing grind. New are the crafting guilds. You craft component-level rep items from Tier 3-6 of varying material requirement corresponding to varying rep points rewarded and varying cooldowns on the recipes you have to wait for. At each tier of rep (Aquaintance to Kindred) you get a tier of crafting recipes that are guaranteed crits. They still require a shard plus an extra guild token of that level, and they have a few day cooldown on the recipe, but they're essentially 100% crit one-shot recipes. From Mirrored Westernesse recipes to Peerless Thain's (T6 one-shot crits).9 - Crafting works like? Crafting recipes are?

Eregion, Eregion, Eregion.
For everybody who wants to charge straight through into Moria, do give at least a little thought to Eregion. It's got some great scenery, some amazing "book moments," and some excellent storylines that make you feel like you're really helping the Fellowship along. And that they need all the help they can get!
At least do yourself the favor of taking the road up into Caradhras and petting a goat or two on the way!
For everybody who wants to know what the next new Hobby will be...
...
So do I. No sign of one yet.
Gads, it feels good to "breathe the free air again."

I am wondering if perhaps Turbine has addressed how it handles UI scaling in the Moria expansion?
I am lucky enough to play on a 30 inch monitor, but trying to scale the interface up to something visible only results in blurry icons (since they are rasterized graphics) and items get misplaced and bumped around.
I know there are some vector/flash based UI api tools out there, I am hoping they did something!
Any info appreciated!

Seriously? Not surprised...
So increase in HP and damage creepside? Interesting. But it's roughly equivalent to a level 60 Freep now, I think. Unfortunately, Freep DPS is exponentially higher, but that's being looked at as well from the Creep perspective.
I didn't play Beta so couldn't be doing anything, really. Just making the assumption based on our current skillset and relative need for Evade/Crit chance. You're doing it wrong. I know Burglars who have no problem with their abilities in Moria.
Even with the chance to Mob AI/HP/Damage, a tank still isn't needed when a competent Champ is present?Champ, Champ, Mins, Hunt, RK, Capt.![]()
Thanks for the other info.
Creeps auto-leveled to 60 versus level 50 freeps is a challenge for the freeps and fun for both, however, level 60 fully buffed-out, legendary-itemed freeps against level 60 creeps - well, you better rank up your creeps while the freeps level up is all I can say for now - lol...
Other than that, what npc's remain are tougher than before. There are several mob bosses that are really tough but a lot of fun to tackle.
There are some really cool new skills for creeps that round out their classes nicely, although some are only available at higher ranks like 9, so there will definitely be a drive to rank for creep players.![]()
Great, thanks for the info. I probably should have rephrased my question as, "WIll there be Legendary Off-Hands", but didn't think of it at the time. I had seen that Wardens currently don't have a class item but they are trying to figure one out that would fit properly, which kinda seemed silly to me if they are going to have Legendary Javelins.
Burglar forums were quite funny in this regard actually. Everytime a new wave of invites came in, we got the new burgs logging in, looking at the stat sheet, logging into the forum, make a huge whine-fest thread, get told by previous burgs to play first then post your thoughts.
It happened everytime. And everytime the OP of the thread would end up saying they were wrong at first and burgs are still fine and basically still OP.
Things are tougher in Moria, but it's expected and more fun as a result. You might have to change your playstyle a bit, but there is no problem soloing your way to 60. You might need to use more of your skills more often, but it makes things more fun.
So burglars, please do not look at your stat sheets first and start crying that the sky fell down. Play first, you will be perfectly fine.
Burgs still rule![]()

I know it was stated that there will be a diary next week about MP, but i'm wondering what the new skills are for the wargs? In your humblest of openion(s) are there any crazy bonuses and/or nerfs to said class? (openion is key, not needing facts)
