Duwis does not have a nerf-o-matic 2000. He can not change anything that happens in the game.

He does have uber capability in:
1) Misinformation creation - I will put this in the Lore Book - not in game.
2) Starting customer riots
3) Confusing players
4) Causing play envy - I want one - I see it in the Lore book.

All because folks look stuff up in the lore book - depending on what they find or do not find - customers get assorted reactions.

The Lorebook is not currently labeling 'on use' effects for item tooltips; based on what we see in the game data, the next major update of the Lorebook will output the proper HTML to label on use effects properly.
