Item Stat Values

I'm curious to know where the item values are coming from, because it doesn't seem like they're coming from the live data...

For example: http://lorebook.lotro.com/wiki/Weapon:Cururist

Before Book 7, Cururist in-game was a 47.0 DPS weapon w/ +169 morale, +15 will and +8 fate.
After the Book 7 release, in-game it's a 39.8 DPS weapon w/ the same stats.

Before the update yesterday, Lorebook had it as a 40.6 DPS weapon w/ +148 morale, +14 will and +7 fate.
After the update yesterday, Lorebook has it as a 36.4 DPS weapon w/ the same wrong stats.

So where is Lorebook getting these erroneous numbers from? I'm not sure how many items are affected by this, but it makes the search for better items questionable.
