Ahh the old bow abilities that at one point were really useful till they kicked it in the **** and you would almost never regain Morale or Power when you shot stuff.

Hell they should bring the Power Regen ability back for a relic option due to power issues.

welcome back! I remember checking your guide back in the good old days of awesome rare bows, it gave me something to aim for. now, we all just participate in the LI grind. i wish they would bring back comparable rare weapons to the game!
