hi i would like to know that does any one from turbine see or read what we write in the forums and respone for them or we just lose our time here, i mean the ideas and thet things that we need?

and if not then where can we show them our ideas or what we think is better about somethings in the game?

They do read the forums. If you want to see where Turbine Employees have posted on the forums, then click the "Dev Tracker" button (on the blue bar above) to see their posts.

To make suggestions, go to the Suggestions Sub-Forum:

You'll notice on the Forum's home page there is a list of all the sub-forums available on the left hand side, you'll see Suggestions there, and maybe a few others you'll find useful

Yes we do see and read these forums. To be honest there has been some very good suggestions here that we have passed along to the team.

One issue we run into though, is that due to our forum software any posts by us do not show up in many of the sections. For example the PvMP server boards. This of course means we could have posted and players might miss it.

But yes we do read what is posted here, even if we do not comment on much of it.

Feedback is collected from every forum. If you have something that is a specific suggest, we have a suggestion forum that is monitored as well.

There's a misconception that 'I didn't get an answer' is the same as 'no one is reading'. This is false.

Much like the fact that only a small number of players actively post, a very large number read. The same is true about everyone here. Not all post, but virtually everyone reads.

Someone had a post a good while back where they listed out a large number of suggestions and comments made in the forums that, despite never having received an 'official' reply, ended up being changed, fixed, or added in an update.

I would recommend looking at this every so often if you want to know what-if the devs are looking at on the forums.

I realise that not getting an answer doesn't mean no one read this, but surely there are better options. I've had a thread open in the Tech Support forums for almost 6 months, with no comments except for my own follow ups. I don't know what this means.

Maybe they couldn't reproduce the error? Maybe they couldn't understand my post? Maybe they didn't think it important? Maybe it's broken as intended? Maybe no one has actually read it.

It'd be nice to have a "Message noted and passed on to XYZ team" post occasionally, or even a "Refer to thread XYZ for existing problem" would be nice, rather than 6 months of zero communication.

Ok so you do read these fourms and consider our ideas. ok then i will like to let you know there is a guy named whheydt that is on a mission to make sure there is no improvements to monster play well don't listen to a single word he says. We pay good money to have monster play now that free to play is here and we should have lots of improvements to our side right now wile the freeps need none and ours dose and because we pay for monster play. i just found it out today hes on the suggestions fourm and i say agian do not listen to a word he says.

This, exactly. It's all well and good to claim you read these forums. But the simple fact is that all the other forums get constant and consistent dev communication and feedback. This is the ONLY active forum here that get almost zero dev interaction, other than some contrite, cryptic and frankly worthless one-liner every 6 months. So, it's real easy to believe that this forum is almost completely ignored.

Remember, WE are paying customers now. We actually pay good money every month to play this game.
