It is actually "Cloak of Might" just a plain ole cloak looted of an orc died black. Any colour other than black it came out a really ugly. So it my be a bug i dunno it looked cool. And sadly it has been fixed as it is now brown red and black

It was originally the Robe of Viisaus, but the texture does show up on various trash drops. The trade-off of course is that the Robe of Viisaus is easy to get, but can only be gotten once, while the dropped Robe of Might is rare, but repeatable.

Hee. :P I sometimes put that on at the kin house, then hit my Return to Bree button and dance around like a hobbit outside the Prancing Pony. You won't believe the number of tells I get from stunned onlookers.
