No Reputation TP POINTS?!?!

2 VIP accounts in our household and neither one of us got any points. No deed point, no VIP points. Goose egg on both accounts.

Very disappointing. It worked fine for both of us in beta.

Just logged onto a character of mine whose only rep deed completed was acquaintance with the mathom house. I did not get points for it right at first, however after about 10 minutes I got the message saying 5 Turbine Points added, so it appears to just be lagged.

Okay so I've had the same issues as others: saw the alert panel, got to character selection screen, opened the store first, then logged in. It appeared that I didn't get any points from the new reputation deeds, but I did get all my lifetime, anniversary and bonus points. I logged out and closed my client before checking the forums.

After checking the forums, I logged back in, opened the store again at the character selection screen and had 165 more points than before. I entered the game world, checked the store and I'm up to 185 points, a number that has bean steady for about 30 minutes now, even after another log out & back in.

After adding up the points I should have from all my completed rep deeds, I'm 15 points short. I should have 200 points, but I've only been awarded 185. I know that those other 15 points might show up later, but I have a theory that they're actually missing. I'll explain below.

Notice that first line about "New Deed: Ally of the Eglain" at the top. There are no other lines about becoming known (acquaintance) or friend to the Eglain, even though both deeds show up as completed in my deed log. The first is a 5 point deed, the second is a 10 point deed. I think those are the missing 15 points.

I'm not too worried about the 15 points right now, and I'm glad the other points are trickling in. That being said, I would eventually like those 15 points on any of my characters who may have earned them, probably in the neighborhood of 7 so far. It's only 105 points for me, but might be more for others.

Hopefully this will help the devs in some way, and I hope everyone gets resolution to the issue!

Another strange one....

Logged into my main and got a bunch of deeds. Logged back out and slowly got my point up to 450, which I imagine is a result of the deeds.

Then logged into an alt, again completing a lot of deeds, but received zero-nada-zilch-zippo points for those deed completions.

Saw the special about purchasing 6900 points but I am nervous about purchasing anything on the store right now.

It seems rather messed up at the moment.

I got a pittance of TPs - nothing for virtue, class or race deeds, I suspect, just a tiny bit for reputation, it seems. Nothing for VIP either. Very dissapointed.

Let me just point out (if it hasn't already), that the FAQ said it could be up to a week for people to get their loyalty points.

And you won't get your VIP points until the date of your subscription (or 1-2 days after).

Like if your sub is up on the 12, you won't get the 500 points until the 13th or 14th most likely.

(And yes, I realize this is about the reputation deed points, but people are dragging the other points into it...)

You do not get ANY POINTS for past deeds EXCEPT reputation, only because there are NEW deeds.

Plus the lifetime bonuses and what-have-you.

EDIT: After sitting idle for more than an hour now, my points for my one toon finally showed up. I now have 4,650 points. Whew. On to the next toon and crossing fingers. I did not get any of the blue +## notices that I got on beta, either...so I bet they're doing something behind the scenes to fix this.

It's not just the rep deeds on login. I finished a quest deeds about an hour ago for 10 TP, but I've yet to see the extra 10 points and I did not get a notification for the 10 points either.

I just want to know if I can log out....

I didn't open the turbine store before logging in 6 of my alts and so I lost about 100 TP. Now that I've logged in my first "big" alt (75 TP for his completed deeds) after opening the Turbine store, I'm still waiting for 40 TP to load.

I can't be online all night, but like someone else said... TP is real life money and I'm too much of a Scotsman to log out if I'm going to be cheated out of my TP!

Its a known issue. Was also listed on the launcher to go into dtore before logging in toa character to make sure you get the TP points.

But in my defense, my launcher was blank (all black, no messages). I think it might have been on the old launcher while it was patching though but since it wasn't there in front of my magpie-like mind, I just logged in all excited. I could kick myself. But I guess it's not the end of the world. After all, it's not December 2012 yet.

I DID get the message and DID go to the store, and was told I had zero points, so that "fix" is not necessarily working. Logged onto my main right afterwards, watched the big list-o-rep-deeds, and afterwards still had zero..

Same here- basically, if I don't get my points from Rep at the least after logging and whatnot, I'll be incredibly disappointed and will be bugging it :P

Also have not gotten my points for rep or deeds completed since the update. And in game support has said they cannot help with store issues. As long as this gets retroactively fixed not worried. But the lack of in game support for the store is something to be very concerned about.

What does "as soon as possible" mean?

It could have two possible definitions here:

1) As soon as possible.
2) As soon as we get to hit your credit card again for re-upping charges.

For people whose sub updates are two months away (or more) this could be a minor problem.

Its on the known issues thread and on the launcher. You must log into store BEFORE going ito the game on a character to make sure you get the TP for rep deeds.

I logged into the Turbine store and when I saw 0 Turbine points, I did not log into my characters, but exited the game. In 22 hours I'll be starting four days of 12 hour work where I won't have time to play (I play on my 3 or 4 days off each week). I was happy to find the game available, but unhappy about Turbine points missing.

My wife and I went Lifetime at the first anniversary. She plays every day and I play on my days off. I'd hoped to buy more shared vault space with Turbine points and then use gold to buy regular vault space for my lvl 23 Burg/scholar and lvl 36 LM/jeweler.

I'd also held off finishing the last quest in the Trollshaws with my lvl 42 Warden/forester to get Turbine points for that deed. I'd been logging in all 8 characters on three servers this past summer to get the points Turbine promised.

As is, I won't be buying Turbine points unless I get the points that Turbine's promised to those of us who invested in the game early and played often. I hope they have them fixed soon, otherwise, I'll just have to play Everquest 2 Extended, which I just started this weekend.

We are aware of the issues and the matter is being investigated.

I hope you have a conference call going on this. I've seen conference calls in my IT job that lasted as long as it took to get things accomplished. Wish I could listen in LOL.

Note to everyone else, if you're being told that they can't do anything because it's after hours, that's a customer service type answer. There are always people working after software patches, hardware upgrades or moving to a new server. I'm sure the game is relatively stable, or we wouldn't be able to log in, it's the Turbine store and point system that they have to get to work.

The problem is whether they have a means to ensure that everyone gets their lost points. Ideally, they should, because though they will gain new customers ready to plop $50 on Turbine points, they don't want to lose old customers they've promised points to. If we'd been told originally that it was all a level playing field, then there wouldn't be any disappointment.

I understand the loyalty points are given around your sub date so if my original Lifetime Sub date is the 3rd, I will have to wait until next month for my loyalty points. Does this also apply to the Lifetime/VIP points?

Nice snarky post. How about some of us that want to buy expansions with our points? I still dont intend to buy anything from the store besides that. With the exception of more vault space, which is currently bugged now anyway. (Can't buy past the 120 max)
