You don't play here, why do you still post on these forums like you know everything? Oh wait, you got auto-65 on your war-leader before the freeps did, and made it to the moors without doing any work. This makes you know more than anyone else because you were here before most of us. Then you decided you didn't like the PvP here so you left, but still tell us how it's done.

By the way, I thought it was pretty clear that I wasn't complaining about it being hard to make renown, because it's not. But since you obviously can't understand some of the simplest statements, I was just telling Conjmeplease why we don't leave EC.

Just thought I'd point out that I have found you solo a few times Meleo and you run right to your group. So you have no room to speak at all. Oh, and if you didn't corpse jump people like an immature child people wouldn't zerg you the minute we see you. Might be something to think about.

I do think the freeps have it pretty hard here because usually there is more of us then there is of them. On that same note, the creeps here have no idea what they're doing anyhow. The organization almost doesn't exist, our raids fail half the time. There is always going to be unhappy people as long as people aren't zerging CM things tend to stay relatively decent. In terms of mood.

I did catch wind of someone interrupting a 1v1 on CM because they didn't like said creep?

The only way to avoid constant zerging is to play another game. PvMP is not balanced enough for similarly sized groups to fight each other unless the groups have an EXACT makeup that can counter another group. Until PvMP gets some more balance from the devs, this will not change.

No need to be "exact" to have quality PVP

Player skill and luck (crits, BPE .etc ) can help balance things out in almost any situation

The problem is when its a Zerg of 3:1 ratio or more

Ill agree that freep have the advantage over low and mid rank creeps. At higer ranks, naa, it shifts toward a creep advantage.

With that in mind:

There are MANY creeps on just about every server that can and do win far more often then they lose in 1v1s. My guess is they took the time to learn thier class, learn how to dance (move) and...ready for this..here it comes...they didn't learn those in the midst of zerging. Stick with the zerging though if you find its the extent of a challenge you can handle.

Advantage also depends on Freeps gear, Virtues, stats, etc

A maxed out Freep with Raid gear and capped stats (650) can do a lot more damage than average Freep with less

Freeps do have one definite advantage of the Store where you can buy +50 to all stats. This is not possible on Creepside (for now )

But RM is still a new server so probably will not as many maxed out Freeps compared to a server like Elendilmir

Reavers have always been my hardest creep to 1v1, I dunno why...most people tend to tell me that they fair easily with reavers..but yeah...here are a few pointers for a guard vs. a reaver.

First off, reavers will 9 times out of 10 charge straight at you, when you see them doing this immediately flip your camera angle to your rear, facing the front of your character, when you feel he's getting close right click your screen and your character will automatically flip around, setting you up for your initial stagger. This will allow you to stay in range of the reaver with him being slowed and will put some buffer between the reavers fast attacks vs. the guards slow 2handed attacks via the attack duration.

Next, the reaver will want to debuff you, two primary debuffs are apparent in this, the wound curable miss chance one, and the non-curable armor debuff. The miss chance you'll want to get off of you right away, either with a wound pot or ignore the pain. To counter the armor debuff I always make sure I keep guardian's ward up at all times when fighting reavers.

I DO NOT KITE REAVERS, or try not to, instead I try and run in and out of them, interrupting their attacks. AFAIK, even high ranked reavers, non of their attacks can be initiated with you behind them, and their cone AoE will not hit you, this also allows you to keep stagger on them as much as possible. Work your way in and out of the reaver, auto turning like I've stated in the original paragraph to reduce times in which your back is turned to them.

Assuming the guard has melee skills range then the obvious play is to attempt to keep the reaver just outside of reach as much as possible; and the simple and practical way of doing that is circle strafing for a guard. Not hard either tbh, though landing a stagger from behind in the process requires finesse.

I am sure I have killled many a creep thinking the same thing as they died heading for the top floor of TA, "Did he really just die to come in and finish me off?" They answer is most emphatically "YES!"

The excitment of bubbling and knowing if this piercing cry crits they die and if not you die... fun stuff!

I wouldn't be surprised if those two stars are in large part due to roaming the map looking for creeps and your superb 1v1 play.

Having said that, everytime I catch you with a group of creeps you always manage to hips! How do you do that? Mine has a 10 minute cooldown. Bandit on the other hand can often be caught without his and we will gladly continue to chase him into ec.

I'm being quite serious when I say I don't get targeted as much anymore. By the time the group turns to me the cooldown is usually up. I'm not one to only fight with cooldowns up, but if creeps leave me alone until they're ready, you won't hear me complain about that.

From what I can tell from my experiences, if we don't get the healers, minis and rks, down first we don't stand a chance of getting anybody. Hunters in medium armour are generally next because they are in medium armor and have such devastating ranged damage.

I see Deb's point. Yes, speaking for myself, I do have a hard time seeing you. You do not have the need to lead an attack like wargs seem to often do. It follows you can strategically pick your targets after the creeps are committed. Only If the creeps are able to roll the freeps and you are a handy target do you get zerged.

I have a soluition for that. If you would run out of stealth And not use your hips, we could more easily release you from the burden of carrying around those heavy stars.

ROFL Darkdream... the reason my cd's are mostly down is because i have used them. The day you want to 1v1 me let me know. The same goes for gnawu as well, but i dont guess ill ever see that day because majority of the time im getting jumped by 2+ wargs but thats A ok because you can keep trying to kill me running into EC and keep giving me renown. I dont mind dieing thats just it, But somehow i still have a decent rating and over 200 KB'S

In all fairness, I've found that Darkdream and Gnawu will stay for a 1v1 even though it's not a very fair matchup between burg and warg.
