I'm sad that there aren't many choices for cosmetics in the LOTRO Store. I'm surprised they aren't taking advantage of peoples habits of purchasing clothing to fit their mood, character and so forth. PLEASE WE WANT MORE COSMETIC'S IN THE LOTRO STORE!!!!

I guess we didn't know any better back then so we didn't know what we were missing. I think the cosmetic outfit system is the greatest thing added to LOTRO since launch. I think it should become a standard in the MMO industry. It is the single reason why everyone isn't a clone of each other. No more seeing everyone in Mirrored Elven Armor. It was like looking in the mirror literally. LOL

I hope they expand it and make cosmetic skins for weapons and shields too.

Silly Clarysta, there's TWO pipes on his pack! Add in the one in his hand when he /smokes and he's got four pipes on his person altogether. The old man loves his pipeweed.... The main chest of his vault is almost completely filled with stacks of every type of pipeweed seed out there.

As for the severed hand... don't ask.

A new favorite outfit, thanks to Turbine popping the Rohan helm into the store; I went through several piecemeal iterations before settling on this. It's still a mishmash, but...

I've been having fun recombining pieces of armor in the wardrobe lately.

Thus, my Guardian looks like a ninja wearing a combination of Burglar, Warden, and Minstrel armor...


My Captain looks like an old school PvMP Burglar who has taken on Amarthiel...

My OTHER Captain looks like some sort of I-don't-even-know wearing a combination of Minstrel PvMP gear and festival rewards...




And my Burglar has somehow become a Rune-keeper...

Mine's just the typical LOTRO-store layout. I got bored once after having several level 25-35's I racked up a great amount of points, decided to go shopping and this is what I was left with. I try to make it match somewhat, this is a Burglar so I wanted some armor look, but also something sneaky and sly. Works for me.. She's only level 27 and my highest is 41, so I have to work with more cosmetics than actual neat-looking end-game armors. Hope it's not too bad

All of my characters look the same, really, and I change this look about once a week. So I'm not too hard to spot

Figured I would add my RK's look as well, I wouldn't have but I was in the Auction Hall and someone liked it, sent me a /tell and I thanked them, so decided why not. If others like it maybe I can post it and it will be okay =p

I have my "Good and Bad" outfits for this one. Since it's inevitable as I hear to not at least a few times heal, I figured I'll just bite the bullet. White is for healing, Black is for DPSing

I know people will say "that's not white, it's grey", yes it is grey, but issue is the head piece either dyed white or 'washed' it is the same color, same with the dress white/washed is the same. So I needed something a little darker to mesh with the head piece, so I went with grey on the cloak and dress, with the white-accents it still gives that whiter-brighter look, but the dye is grey.

...as for that mask. I like cultures and beliefs that certain cultures have with masks. Either with powers given or trying to hide something, etc. I sort of wanted to bring that to life in my wardrobe. A sort of masked-beauty, so to speak. Maybe something that my RK believes help her heal or produce perfected DPS (for the RP in us all); I only remove the mask in known-territories, such as Bree or other known cities.

I'm about to buy a new satchel from the Cosmetics in the LOTRO-store, I just noticed the one I have looks too clunky.
