Borfin has never held off on using his pledges against me, it just doesn't make as much of a difference since you don't block shouts and Warleader melee attacks come at a much slower pace. Guard hit's Pledge, I start a heal and turn off auto-attacks.

Speaking of Borf fights, we need to fight when both of us have used food. When only one of us does the outcome is pretty much a foregone conclusion.

Also, good fight Tengreria. I hope you learned more about fighting a Warleader from our rematch, I know I learned from both fights.

Now I want you to know that I mean this in the nicest way possible, but probably it suffered the same fate as your "never use pledge twice in a 1v1" policy. It's easy to be sporting when you're winning.

I'm not saying did it to me btw. I'm pretty sure you haven't. But, I did watch a 1v1 with that particular reaver when you used 2 pledges and hunker down.

Oh I'm sure I have, but a lot comes down to chance with high ranked reavers. You can have the greatest movements in the world and have all your stuff BPE'd
I don't feel dying just because I refrained from fighting to the best of my ability anymore.

I think the key issue here was not in the actual skill usage itself (he uses it offensively against me all the time), it was that he used it to run away from the 1v1.

I just thought this incident was rather funny.

lol I know pledges against you do almost nothing, your screams hit me for about 500ish a hit and are tactical dmg.

Yeah, regen food seems to be key. Also, I want to fight you while traited for tanking, that would be interesting.

Thanks for the fight Arctic. I was trying to fight with no CDs but Dang, those bleeds were something else. I was like "Im taking damage....Oh wait, im taking DAMAGE!" Heal boom. I trying to bleed out but the stun/root pot didn't cut it. You deserved it though for pouncing me with all those npcs lol. I almost knew it would be you before I went all greybar. Also to all, I havent been on almost at all, either on here or in-game, as its been workoholic crazy with tons of raiding mixed in, and RL to boot. But I DO plan to dust off my reaver soon enough! DBL will be out looking for 1v1s once again!

Don't stress it, not to admit I wasn't annoyed - but it is what it is. It's my own fault, I knew better then fighting you there. That's why I was so reluctant at first, given the circumstances of our encounter. (ROP flipping red). I figured even if your intentions were honorable, that someone else from the ROP-take would probably stumble upon the fight.

Considering I had you and all of your warg friends on me, I merely assumed that your intentions were to kill me, well... I knew they were. I saw you with only 1.5k morale and I had to take it, after killing you thusly after the other two (who I admit were taken down a bit from some other freep that had died), I fled the scene into EC, with some of your warg friends using their sprints, which I found odd they didn't come take me out. I was, afterall, only at 600 or so. Perhaps my assumption is wrong, but I find it odd your warg fellows stopped chase, especially after a fat lil dwarf like myself! Maybe you told them to stop but dangit I wanted a glorious death! And you stole that from me... *cries*

Anyways, you zerged me later with your warg pack. So I guess that makes up for it?

Also beat Jackrod so there's Captain off the hit list too.

Yes! I had a Rank 3 SPider who was only 13 Infamy from Rank 4 so I was working on getting him that Infamy ASAP! Plus it's fun to rez.

Nah, I'm not such a huge fan of pre-arranged fights, I just go out and see what I can find or make happen using copious amounts of banner text (that banner is my ace in the hole for getting a 1v1. Seriously). More importantly, there's this annoying timezone thing that makes scheduling a chore and I don't want to have to deal with it right now.
That said, I'll still see how I do against you when I run into you.
