No changes in my.lotro info on my characters since 9/8

same with me unfortunately. It shows chars that dont exist on any servers anymore and had been deleted. I cant select a character as main so that I can start blogging. When i login i get the same above error on the mylotro page.

I've touched up your page to remove some character sheet widgets that were tied to characters you may have deleted. PM me if you see anything else odd on your page.

Heh, I'm stuck at 34 level for more then two weeks already. Now I'm 44 and keep levelling.

My hunter, Razortip is stuck at level 62 since the 14th of February.

I have no characters in Riddermark anymore, deleted them, but they are sill winning lotteries.

All my characters have gone up in levels with no changes shown here. One has even changed kinship but still showing in the old kinship here. I am wondering if this could affect my lottery chances if the levels are all wrong?

I get a message that says *you have not played this character in a while, play with it to give it a chance in the lottery
or something like that...

It seems we're back with the problems. My last update is on the 27th of march.

Verified. Kinship's roster hasn't updated since 3/28, which is the same day that Turbine took the servers offline for maintenance.

Seems like this happens when the servers get taken down for some reason.

Hopefully after the next maintenance, the character pages update again. My hunter has been stuck showing Level 57 since 3/28/2011 (Monday) as well. Should be showing Level 62 on my end.

http://my.lotro.com/home/character/2...3212633814884/ shows me as a level 14 however i'm a level 18 so it seems there is some severe lag between the in game character sheets and what the site shows here. And what scares me more is its a reoccuring issue that needs a more detail look at at this thread is 5 pages long and through out the entire thing the one major issue i see is blue's see the problem, look into the problem and put a band aide over and get it to work. thats got to change i should be able to login and see a character sheet that matches what i have in game. And woe am i to bring up the name "world of warcraft" here but at least there armory page allows you to see your character,guild and what better equipment you could get. do we need a system as in-deepth as that i do not know but what we do need is an overhaul of the character sheets cause whatever idea the develpoers of the forms had ain't working

Update: guess what i found out according to the turbine rep that i spoke with on the phone The forms which have been in beta for god knows how long and are still in beta so guess what that means this issue isn't going to be fixed anytime soon. Sweet good to know that a great game is slowing starting to flounder maybe i shouldn't have waste all my money on this and instead used on better things. and fyi i ain't some angry lvl 14 I'm an angry Lvl 22 player just wishing his sig would look correct /sigh

I have never had my characters be accurate. I still show a ton of characters that no longer exist. The ones that do exist, aren't accurate.

Do I have to call customer service?

Yeah, I put in a ticket for it and got this wonderful response:

"Unfortunately we do not have the ability to update or force update the myLOTRO character information. That information can only be updated by the system itself, and we are unable to assist in any way regarding it."

Considering that page is where the lottery pulls from, you'd think that they'd want to fix it.

If you find out, let us know. The response that customer service left me with less than a positive impression that they even care about it.

I have chars listed that haven't existed in months and have to deselect them for lottery still.

One I deleted to make a diff class, old one a lvl 15 LM at the time (explorer vocation never raised), new one now a lvl 65 RK (weaponsmith and SM of her professions still showing as explorer and all zeros).

Perhaps my bad for deleting one char to create another with same name? Never had these issues in any other game.

Boggles my mind why these and all the other forum issues get zero attention. I would think a game wanting to succeed would have fully functioning forums.

I'm seeing updated activity for some of your toons, current as of 5/19. What changes are you expecting to see that aren't showing up? Please be specific, here or via PM, as you can -- character names, world names, did this quest/equipped this item, etc.

Thanks for the reply, Duwis. Specifically it's the XML file that is giving us trouble. We use LOTRoster which pulls in information from the XML for our kinship and then for each member of our kinship (levels, vocations, stats).

I tried it under my own API key and the XML file seems to have the correct info, so perhaps it is LOTRoster's API key which is the issue?

I will bump LOTRoster's thread to see if anyone else has had issues as well.

Same issue, two weeks and characters are not up to date.

Same for the signatures. I am maxed out in every tier of crafting but if you look at my signature it shows a 1 in prospecting and a 0 in everything else. Fail.
