The one on the left was, I think, the first robe that actually had white on it, that you could come across in the game back in the day. It comes from a vendor in Rivendell.

The one on the right is an interesting combo of high level medium and heavy armour that I came across whilst working on outfits for other characters.

I feel like I post a lot in this thread... but eh, whatever, I play this game for the dolly-dress-up options, anyway! :P

My Rune-keeper's new look is my new favorite cosmetic outfit across all of my characters. She just looks so cool! It makes me want to play her more.

It's an Elven Steel Jacket, you can usually find them on the AH for like 50s on my server.

Therefore, I issue a challenge to the cosmetic experts of LotRO. My male hobbit warden needs something that looks good in white or gold. I'm wearing the dwarven hauberk now, but I want something that looks more armored.

Therefore, I issue a challenge to the cosmetic experts of LotRO. My male hobbit warden needs something that looks good in white or gold. I'm wearing the dwarven hauberk now, but I want something that looks more armored.

My wardrobe has like 70 items in it, so I went through and used the inspect thingie to see what I could do. I came up with this:



The gloves, leggings, chest, boots, and gloves are Sellsword's armor that can be crafted by metalsmiths. You can find a bunch of armor that looks like it too, it's pretty common. The hood is the Traveler's Hood from the LOTRO store, and the cloak is the Elf Lord's Cloak from the LOTRO store, but I think you can find one that matches better.

Yes, yes it's true. I do check the store frequently, just in case there are some new cosmetic items there.

Also, if the other ideas don't suit (the Riv heavy armour vendor is probably best solution), I'm pretty sure this is a t2 (lvl 18?) metalsmith recipe using the 3rd, Elven, option on the multi-output recipe.
