Here's a concept I'm working on for my champ/guard.
I call it the forgotten northern king.
I try to match similar styles as best I can. This is mainly an assemble of old SoA armor pieces. I'd like to change the guantlets, boots, and maybe the pants but I havent found anything good to replace it yet.

These are my girls in their current outfits.
The toughs - Champ, Guardian, Warden, Captain, Hunter (in town wear):
And the squishies - Rune-Keeper, Burglar (I think they're squishy!), Loremaster, Minstrel, Loremaster:

Those are beautiful shots Silverblade!
The reemergence of this thread has driven me to redo outfits for all my toons (I blame you guys :P) I've been trying to find outfits that reflect more each toons personality. NM I don't RP or whatever, I tend to think of my guys as having a particular temperment or 'character', if that's not too much tongue in cheek.
This is Aethelwulfe. His outfit was inspired by the recently acquired "Poacher of the Golden Wood" title.
Hmmm I wonder what they're discussing... some hides for trade maybe?
Here's Deiwos, taking a break from prospecting in the misty mountains, apparently from his threadbare appearance it's not going that well!
Here's Egarots, I like how this outfit came out but wish I could find better pants/boots for him.
(to be cont'd >< darn 4 image max :P)
Wingwoz (on hunters in LOTRO), "I prefer to think of them more like Elvis or James Dean. Terminally self indulgent but their presence in a party, nay, the very fact that they ever existed, makes the world a cooler place."
'Zairente hums, "Little rabbit Poo-kie / running through the Di-res / scooping up the Mon-archs / and BANGING 'em on the head."'

Here's Javelot, my baby warden, just hanging out. His outfit is surprisingly simple but sometimes simple is best. And he's not a complicated kind of hobbit...
This is Llyfrayn, he's kind of my flower child. This outfit is a variation on his Spring one, really.
The Spring horse is still really the only one that I like, that matches his outfit, in his style if not colour, per se.
And here is Mikeli, my guardian, one of my favorite toons. I finally had to take his picture in 'nighttime' as I got tired of waiting for the daylight, and then when it was daylight it was still raining anyway so <shrug>. Hopefully it's not too dark. (I didn't like the log in as he's missing his shield and the greenish cast of the shield is partially what inspired this outfit)

That way!
Now to just get a good outfit for my hunter! I'd use the one I had for Aethelwulfe, but I do like my toons to be different, and also, Fhaer actually got the Protector of Elven Values so I don't think a poacher outfit would really fit lol

http://lorebook.lotro.com/wiki/Armour:Woodlord's_Crown (that's the heavy version from the poaching quest in Lothlorien) but I noticed there's a similar one available at the skirmish vendor as actual armor, that's lower level. Not sure if it's exactly the same but it looked very close.

Silverblade, it's kinda hard to tell from the picture, but I think it's also the same graphic as the Officer's Helm (crafted and wearable at level 56). There's also one that looks like that, that you can get from a quest at the Earth Kin village in southwest Angmar that's on the way to Aughaire.

Found the skirmish version of the horned helmet:
skirmish vendor (heavy armor) Recruit's Heavy Helmet of Adlan (lvl 23)
It's still heavy... but maybe you could put in the wardrobe on a toon that can wear it and then put it on a light or medium armor wearer that way. I don't think there are any medium versions that I could find =/
