    Partial Avoidance/etc

How do these work with the new 25% caps?

eg: Do you still reach ~5% partial block at 15% block? How high does your partial block get when you reach 25% block? ~9% I guess? Or have partials been reduced/removed?

I'd be interested in hearing this too. Also if someone could list all the caps on stats now (those which have some). I saw in the dev diary that offence now has a cap of 50%, but saw a screenshot of a champion with over 100% melee offence. Obviously things like fervour add to this, but are there now over 50% worth of extra buffs, or does offence cap higher than 50%?

Same with things like mitigation caps if they've been changed etc.

The cap on offence has been removed.

The rest of the new caps can be found here.

    That sounds interesting, thanks.

The dev diary doesn't mention caps for mitigations, melee/ranged/tactical defence, dev crits or partial avoidances though. Are they changing as well or do they remain the same?

The diary is no longer correct though....which is GOING to cause some issues. Just a for instance, not all offenses are being derived form the primary stats....

We need the actual info soon, or just make it open beta soon....
Official info published and then found to be incorrect is not a good thing. There wasn't even the "subject to change" disclaimer.

That page says the offence cap is 50%. Is it removed completely or is it 50%?

So, good to get a response and all, but can anyone actually answer the original question about partials? Should be pretty obvious for anyone who's in beta.

Partial Avoidance cap was not changed. I believe it is 10%.

Cap is 10%, just checked ingame (around 10k block). Guardians can get higher because pure % bonus bypass the cap (so in block stance you can get a total of 10% + 2,5%)
