Quite a few shield have that same skin. For example Elven-Knight's shield

It's easy. Just find a stable-master and there's horses to stand by with ^^

That is the purple Moria set helm for light armour classes (e.g., Song-caller's Hat for minstrels). You can get it from Moria class traders.

Well I know the chest piece is the Captain's BG piece in Mirkwood. The shoulders are the pre order ones in white. The cloak could either be Cloudmantle, burglar's cover from Grand Stairs, or that one cloak from DN. The gloves are the cappy gloves from the new raid Ost Dunoth (I'm going to guess t2 version). I also believe the last 2 pieces are OD, I think the Leggings would be either warden or champ, and the boots i'm not too sure.

The robe Throstar's wearing is called "Dolg-Klath", a quest-reward from the village Othrikar. I dyed it black. Shoes and trousers are from the intro, both undyed.
